Product Printing

Printing of graphics on 3D objects does take into perspective a lot of traditional methods with newer technologies and make accurate prints on walnut seem easy.

Screen printing is arguably the most versatile of all printing processes. It can be used to print on a wide variety of substrates, including paper, paperboard, plastics, glass, metals, fabrics and many other materials. Some common products from the screen printing industry include posters, labels, decals, signage and all types of textile and electronic circuit boards. The advantage of screenprinting over other print processes is that the press can print on substrates of any shape, thickness and size. These can be packaging goods (oval and cylindrical bottles), promotional products (koozies, ceramic mugs, stainless travel mugs, mint tins), medical products (plastic housings, bezels, flat displays), sporting equipment (skis, paddles) and more. Images of 17"x12" are printed easily accommodating parts up to 5" height in a typical screen printer.

Pad printing techniques were discovered for newer, broader applications with the help of silicone pads and then with new machine construction, it truly blossomed. Today pad printing tools have reached a technical advanced state and the range is quite diversified. Processor controlled silicone pad picks up the image up from a flat plate and transfer it to a variety of surface (i.e. flat, cylindrical, spherical, compound angles, textures, concave and convex surfaces). It is used widely throughout many different industries including promotional products, medical, electronics, automotive, tagless garment, sports equipment and toys.
